The year is 2394. In the aftermath of the Dominion War, the Alpha and Beta Quadrants saw a brief period of peace. Bajor entered the Federation, the Cardassian Union underwent a controlled disarmament, and the Dominion withdrew to the Gamma quadrant. The Klingon and Romulan Empires, torn by war, are rebuilding. The Breen are driven back once again. It is a moment of pause in the galaxy.  A brief moment of pause.

Each of the three major powers -- the Romulans, the Klingons, and the Federation -- has retreated to its respective corner of the galaxy, each skeptical of the other, knowing that control is just beyond their grasp -- for now.  Rogue groups are threatening the tenuous peace and government corruption is once again hampering negotiations.

In the midst of the tenuous peace, an old foe has resurfaced.  Smarter.  More devious.  More patient.  The Borg Collective was destroyed, but smaller groups formed, reorganized and now return.  They’ve adapted and are more deadly than before.

            Starbase Vanguard

                    TGCO: Horatio Drake

One year into the Dominion War, Starfleet handed Starbase Vanguard over to the Federation Civilian Defense Authority to look after her until the war ended. Over two decades later... after being all but abandoned... Starfleet has returned to reclaim her. A base was needed for the SFMC and Vanguard was the perfect location.

SB Vanguard is a simulation in Theta Fleet that explores the darker, edgier sides to Star Trek that aren't very often touched upon. If you're new to simming or a veteran Trekkie... come along and join us for a journey through a different side of Star Trek!

            U.S.S. Erebus

                    CO: Commander Arrun Suin

The USS Erebus is a Star Trek Play by Email RPG Simulation in the Star Trek universe. Her Commanding Officer, Commander Arrun Suin, is looking for the best and brightest Starfleet has to offer. What are you waiting for?

            U.S.S. Jerusalem

                    CO: Captain John Williams

The Jerusalem is an odd duck: A ship of war in a Starfleet primarily devoted to peaceful exploration, in many ways a ship similar to the aircraft carriers or amphibious ships of 20th and 21st-century Earth. Her orders are simple and clear: Patrol the Romulan Neutral Zone and wherever else assigned, utilizing the ship's company and her onboard Aerospace and Marine units to project Federation power where and when necessary to advance the interests of the United Federation of Planets and accomplish such specific missions as may be assigned from time to time. Sometimes it'll be combat, sometimes it'll be recon, sometimes it'll be diplomacy. Sometimes, it'll just require presence, showing the flag in a hostile neighborhood. Who knows? We'll write her story together.

            U.S.S. Pathfinder

                    CO: Captain Charles "Chad" Bedford

The Year is 2394 and the USS Pathfinder has just been commissioned. She is an Ascension-class explorer ship, one of the newest and largest in Starfleet and her mission, like the original USS Enterprise, is “to explore strange new worlds. To seek out new life forms and new civilizations”. Do you have what it takes to be a part of her crew on this quest? (Note: this sim focuses on character development and inter-personal relationships.)

            U.S.S. Pegasus

                    CO: Captain Estelle Sanchez

Although the Pegasus is an Akira class vessel, primarily designed as a warship, her primary mission is one of exploration and first contact. Operating in a remote sector of the galaxy, her crew has been given the objective of the original members of the early starships: To explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no one has gone before. . . .
